We designed our company with our clients in mind, so we created a company with systems, processes and people tuned to our clients' unique needs. We've become "the easiest company to do business with" by listening to our clients and adapting our processes to fit their needs. Every employee at GO2 Partners believes their job is to offer solutions and produce exceptional results for our clients on time, on target and on budget.
As a certified Six Sigma supplier, we have statistical process controls in place to measure and regularly report our performance to you. By accepting responsibility for and effectively managing the entire supply chain, we can control the results. We currently deliver Six Sigma performance for our clients today, so we are aware of the value this certification brings to us — and more importantly, to you.
Each of our clients is unique. Offering one-of-a-kind solutions is the best way to achieve each client's objectives. To perfectly fulfill our clients’ ever-changing needs, we have to think a little more creatively. We will talk with you and ask the hard questions to help get the best answers for your circumstances. Once we have those answers, we’ll think of new, creative ways to accomplish your goals. It’s hard to do, but it’s worth the extra effort — and thousands of our long-term clients are glad we do.
We invest in two things: our employees and the technology we use to serve you better. Our tools link our systems to our clients’ ERP systems, speeding up their supply chain and reducing their cost of materials. In other words, our technology provides our clients with a suite of seamless capabilities for management, as well as approval of digital assets, publishing of collateral, e-procurement and analytics.
Our company is positioned to meet the unique demands of your business. Whether your needs are small, large or somewhere in between, our capabilities can have a major impact on your future growth. GO2 Partners evolves with its clients to ensure you are always well equipped to face future changes. Our scalability is evident in every aspect of our business — from additional press runs to changing technology requirements, we are here to serve our clients with an adaptable breadth of services.
We are your trusted partner for business communication solutions, delivering each one of your projects on time, on target and on budget.
GO2 Partners, formerly Print Management Partners, was founded in 1995. Our goal was to create an employee-owned company that offered superior customer service to our clients and a profitable, fulfilling workplace for our employees. Today, we are 100% owned by our employees and continue to grow in size and profitability — we are currently one of the largest print distributors in the U.S., with offices in Des Plaines, IL; Oak Brook, IL; Twinsburg, OH; Columbus, OH; Cincinnati, OH; Kansas City, KS; Fort Scott, KS; St. Louis, MO; and Des Moines, IA.
As the printing industry has evolved, we have too. By embracing the latest technologies, we are capable of delivering more to our clients than ever before — expanding our breadth of services every year. And, because we invest so much in our employees, we are experts every step of the way. From design and e-commerce to mailing and warehousing — we do it all for you, so you have a safe, reasonable return on investment.
Although we pride ourselves on excellent products and services, as well as employee empowerment, GO2 Partners strongly believes our values as an organization are truly of the utmost importance. Here are the defining values that we use to conduct our business every day:
Our vision may have been developed in 1995, but it still holds true to this day. Take the opportunity to discover what it means to work with or for a company like ours, and you’ll understand the GO2 Partners advantage.
We are a company that designs, sells and manages business communications solutions. We successfully develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients. We are a company of leaders who share in the benefits and responsibilities of ownership. We are a meritocracy. We compete and win on the basis of our unique knowledge, experience and skills. Our financial strength, driven by the personal investment of each
employee, ensures continued client satisfaction and
long-term viability for all.
Since the very beginning, the idea of shared ownership has been fundamental to GO2 Partners’ business plan. That’s why we made a commitment to share such rights and responsibilities with all of the employees at our company. To achieve this goal, we developed an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) structure.
Having an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) allows every employee at GO2 Partners to have ownership in the company. This entrepreneurial risk taking leads to impressive, hard-working results. As an ESOP, we have extremely low turnover and increased involvement in every step of the business because every individual here believes in a successful long-term outcome.
This specialized method of ownership — tightly regulated by the U.S. Department of Labor and the IRS — allows GO2 Partners to distribute profits to our employees, who can then purchase stock in the corporation, becoming owners. In our minds, the only way to achieve long-term success is to ensure our employees are involved, committed and, most importantly, happy.
Just as we share in the benefits of collective ownership, we also share in the responsibilities. An ESOP is a culture that produces team oriented thinking and open communication. More importantly, it creates a client-focused mentality. We understand that your success is our success. This, in turn, leads to individual growth, achievements and rewards. As owners, every employee knows what must be done to succeed. Our clients’ standards are exceptionally high, but our desire to exceed those standards is even higher.
In other words, the higher the standards, the bigger the reward for all involved.
There are different ways to grow a business. Ours works for clients, suppliers and employees. Combining reliable partnerships with motivated employees creates a great work environment for everyone involved.
At the core of our business is the desire to go above and beyond for our clients — relentlessly seeking new ways to exceed expectations. That’s why Six Sigma quality is central to our corporate culture.
For those who may not be familiar with Six Sigma, the concept is actually pretty simple. It’s a measure of quality that strives for near perfection. The execution of Six Sigma is far more sophisticated. It requires a highly disciplined, data-driven approach to eliminating defects in a process.
Sigma is a statistical term. It measures how far a given process deviates from perfection. The bottom line is this: if you can measure how many defects there are in a process, you can systematically figure out how to eliminate them. To achieve Six Sigma, a process must not produce more than 3.4 defects per million opportunities. A defect is defined as anything outside of clients’ specifications, while an opportunity is the number of chances for a defect.
The fundamental objective of Six Sigma methodology is to implement process improvements and variation reductions. This is accomplished through the use of DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve, control) for existing processes or DMEDI (define, measure, explore, develop, implement) for new processes.
